    We offer free shipping within India on most of our products as long as your total purchase is more than Rs 1000. Wherever the shipping charges are applicable, it would be clearly mentioned along with the product as well as in the order summary.
  • How long will it take to receive the ordered products? + Open

    We attempt to process every order of priority with utmost care and ship within 48 hours. Exact shipping time depends on the location of recipient in India, products should get delivered in 4-10 working days (Certain location in Kerala, North-East & some remote location delivery time may vary due to availability of service).
  • Can I have my order delivered to another address? + Open

    To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, the courier company needs a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt a new delivery or deposit your parcel at a neighbor or take your parcel to be securely held at the local courier Office or delivery hub.

  • What happens when my order has been returned because it has not been delivered? + Open

    We may have the parcel returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver the parcel to your address.

    If the parcel could not get delivered within Two weeks, it will be returned to us. If we receive your parcel back, it may be for the following reasons:

    i) The address is incorrect.
    ii) No one has been able to pick up the parcel during the 2 week period at the collection point.
    iii) The parcel has been refused by the customer.
  • Can I send the order to a different address than the billing address? (For example if I want to send a gift to a friend from another city) + Open

    Yes. When placing the order you must indicate the recipient's Name and Address. The invoice will indicate the details of the recipient. So please enter all details while placing the order. Since it’s difficult to make changes once order is shipped, any change is not possible if the product has been shipped already.

    If you find a product opened or tampered, we request you to not accept the delivery. You may also snapshot the tampered box or opened package & send to our customer support immediately for assistance on further course. Please read our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
  • How do I prepare my parcel for return? + Open

    For Bicycles

    Please log in to MY ACCOUNT and follow our instructions. When clicking on RETURNS follow the instructions. Our service operator will confirm the timing with you for dismantling & repacking. Please return items in their original packaging. Returned items should include tags and any packaging should be returned with the original box. Please use the packaging materials that came along with your order to make sure that no labels or duct tape will be attached on the original product packaging. Download and attach the return label on the outside of the package and send the parcel to the address indicated on the return label. Call us once your package is ready for reverse shipping.

    For Accessories & Spares

    Please log in to MY ACCOUNT and follow our instructions as well as when clicking on RETURNS. Please return items in their original packaging. Returned items should include tags and any packaging. Please use the packaging to make sure that no labels or duct tape is attached on the original product packaging. Download and Attach the return label on the outside of the packaging and send the parcel to the address indicated on the return label. Call us once your package is ready for reverse shipping.

    Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
