What are the delivery charges?

Free shipping within India is provided on most of our products as long as your total purchase is more than Rs 1000. Wherever the shipping charges are applicable, it would be clearly mentioned along with the product as well as in the order summary. Also Note there would be local body taxes (LBT) like Octroi applicable in selected state & pincode, These charges are completely borne by the customer at the time of Delivery.

 

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that the we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partner do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

We attempt to process every order of priority with utmost care and ship within 48 hours. Exact shipping time depends on the location of recipient in India, products should get delivered in 4-10 working days.

Certain location in Kerala, North-East & some remote location delivery time may vary due to availability of service.

 

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold on brooksbicycle.com?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Brooks. All prices quoted on the products are inclusive of all statutory taxes & shipping charges. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

 

You does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Currently, we do not process orders to all India pin codes. Our services are limited to selected serviceable area. Please check your pincode for service availability on the product page.

Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

 

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Please log in to MY ACCOUNT and follow our instructions. When clicking on RETURNS follow the instructions. Our service operator will confirm the timing with you for dismantling & repacking. Please return items in their original packaging. Returned items should include tags and any packaging should be returned with the original box. Please use the packaging materials that came along with your order to make sure that no labels or duct tape will be attached on the original product packaging. Download and attach the return label on the outside of the package and send the parcel to the address indicated on the return label. Call us once your package is ready for reverse shipping.

. For Accessories & Spares

Please log in to MY ACCOUNT and follow our instructions as well as when clicking on RETURNS. Please return items in their original packaging. Returned items should include tags and any packaging, for example--shoes should be returned with the original shoe box and in perfect conditions (unused, with labels, in original packaging). Please use the packaging to make sure that no labels or duct tape will be attached on the original product packaging. Download and Attach the return label on the outside of the packaging and send the parcel to the address indicated on the return label. Call us once your package is ready for reverse shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. What happens if I am not at home when my delivery arrives?

To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, the courier company needs a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt a new delivery or deposit your parcel at a neighbor or take your parcel to be securely held at the local courier Office or delivery hub.

As of now, Brooks doesn't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
